Foundation Infrastructure Partners, with the backing of its capital relationships, is pleased to announce an investment in support of NGL Energy Partners’ (“NGL” or the “Company”) acquisition of Hillstone Environmental Partners through NGL’s Series D Preferred Equity. The acquisition is another important step in the Company’s transformation into the leading water solutions and environmental services provider in the Permian Basin, while continuing to own long-term contracted crude and NGL transportation and logistics assets throughout North America.
